Supavite Iron+ capsules - 1+1

For adults and children over 12 years: Take one capsule a day by mouth. Do not give to children under 12 years unless your doctor tells you to. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. Taking SUPAVITE IRON+ with meals may help to relieve any stomach related side effects. Some foods such as tea, eggs and milk may reduce the amount of iron absorbed by the body. SUPAVITE IRON+ capsules should not be taken with tea, milk or eggs.

The active substances are (per capsule): Copper sulphate pentahydrate 1 000 µg, Folic acid 485 µg, Iron (as fumarate) 17 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 5,5 mg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 17 µg, Zinc sulphate monohydrate 12 mg.
