What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

By partnering with our preferred delivery business partners, we are able to provide a door to door service nationally within South Africa.

Currently we are offering free delivery.

Note: Some high-risk areas (e.g. Atteridgeville, Lotus Gardens & Saulsville) are serviced from the relevant police station in that area, i.e. the customer will need to collect their parcel from The Courier Guy driver from the relevant police station parking lot as The Courier Guy do not deliver door-to-door in those areas.  This will be communicated to the customer only after the parcel has arrived at its relevant HUB. If you want to find out prior to ordering if this possibly pertains to your area, please email online@pharmaforce.co.za so we can find out for you and confirm. 

How long does delivery take?

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via a courier service and will be subject to the courier company’s delivery schedule.

  • Courier delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the order’s destination.
  • If you live in an outlying / remote area, it may take longer than 5 working days.
  • Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Late deliveries

Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, protests etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so ‘late’ delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order.

Public Holidays – orders are not actioned on Public Holidays. They will be actioned the next working day thereafter (excluding any specific shut down periods which will be notified accordingly).

Festive season / end of year = Kindly note that during the end of year period – deliveries may take longer than normal due to the high volume of orders and deliveries. We do shut down over the festive season, dates will be communicated each year – orders can still be placed but they will only be actioned on our return to the office in January.

Can I track my order online?

The Courier Guy orders can be tracked via The Courier Guy website: https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/tracking by using your waybill number.

Do we deliver internationally?

We unfortunately do not deliver outside of South Africa.
